Our Cook
Our chef, Joe, worked and learned from the top chefs of China in his younger years before deciding to move to the United States with his wife, Jenny. Together, the couple had opened the locally famous Joe抯 Noodle House on Rockville Pike for nearly 15 years.
Joe抯 style of cooking has not waned from his younger years; the genuine Shanghai and Taiwanese noodle dishes are revered among old customers. Old Chinese proverb demands that Asian cuisine must appeal to three important senses: the appearance, the smell, and the taste. From the Gerneral Tso抯 style to the fresh fish sauces, Joe has mastered food to satisfy both cultures.
